Reverend Edgar Vann, II – Edgar Vann is the Senior Pastor of Second Ebenezer Church in Detroit, which has a congregation of over 6000 members. He is a leading civic and community figure in the city with a powerful and long-standing interest in education.
Fred Goldberg – Fred Goldberg leads a successful real estate development and management business serving Michigan for over 20 years. He has also served as a board member for many local philanthropic groups in Southeast Michigan.
Karen Wixson – Karen Wixson is a Professor of Education at the University of Michigan and a former Dean of the School of Education at the University of Michigan. Wixson has published many articles and books on policy issues affecting school and district culture building, assessment and accountability for schools and districts and literacy. She has consulted schools and districts across the country and serves on many state and local advisory boards in Michigan.
